YOUTH PROJECT KIDS BORED NOTHING TO DO SPINNING BIKES ARE BEING ORGANISED
BEBO SITE HAS BEEN SET UP TO LET YOUTHS AIR THEIR VIEWS, IDEAS AND WHAT THEY WOULD LIKE TO SEE HAPPEN IN KILLIN FOR THEM.YOUTH WAGON IS TO COME TO KILLIN ON WED NIGHTS AT 6.30PM TO GIVE YOUNG PEOPLE INFORMATION AND IDEAS OF WHAT CAN BE DONE. FUNDING TO BE RAISED TO HELP FUND A MEETING PLACE.

McLAREN HALL WANT THE COMMUNITY COUNCIL TO WRITE TO STIRLING COUNCIL TO ASK THEM TO REPAIR THE DRAINS AND RESURFACE THE CARPARK

CLYDE RALLIES GLASGOW TO EDINBURGH. IN THE PARK ON THE 10th JUNE
COLOURED DOOR A COMPLAINT HAS BEEN MADE BY THE NATIONAL PARK ABOUT A DOOR THAT HAS BEEN PAINTED AN UNUSUAL COLOUR WE THEREFOR ADVISE THAT YOU CHECK WITH THE NATIONAL PARK BEFORE YOU PAINT YOUR DOORS ETC.
SCOTTISH WATER HAS MONITORED THE SITUATION WITH A CCTV SURVEY OF THE SEWAGE NETWORK. THEY SUSPECT THAT THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH GREASE BEING DISPERSED OR INAPPROPRIATE ITEMS BEING PLACED DOWN THE DRAINS.
DOG POO STILL BAD PLEASE USE THE BINS PROVIDED VILLAGE OFFICER WOULD HELP.
XMAS LIGHTS LETTER TO BE SENT TO ABERFOYLE TRADERS TO ASK IF THEY HAVE ANY EXCESS LIGHTS AS THEY HAVE ALL THE OLD STIRLING CITY LIGHTS WHICH COULD BE OF USE TO KILLIN
PLAY PARK FENCE IS BROKEN DOG POO IN THE SAND CHILDREN SERVICES HAVE BEEN INFORMED. PLAYGROUND LOOKING TIRED AND COULD DO WITH BEING UPGRADED.
DUMPING LORRY TYRES SEEM TO BE BEING DUMPED IN VARIOUS PLACES IN THIS AREA IF YOU SEE THIS HAPPENING PLEASE REPORT IT TO THE POLICE

The Shamrock and Thistle Rural Action partnership, a three-community liaison group involving the Trossachs, Rural Armagh (N.Ireland) and the Tochar Valley, Co Mayo (Irish Republic) is expanding to include all of ward 1, which includes Killin. This is a chance to be involved in inter- community projects, funded with European money. I.e. rural youth exchanges with rural Ireland

DATE OF NEXT MEETING TUESDAY 8th JULY IN THE WEE CHURCH HALL AT 7.30PM.

THE CHAIRPERSON THANKED EVERYBODY FOR ATTENDING AND WISHED THEM A SAFE JOURNEY HOME.
